■ For customers with food allergies or special dietary needs

At Le Grand Karuizawa Hotel & Resort, we take great care in addressing food allergies and special dietary needs to ensure that our guests can enjoy safe and comfortable dining experiences.

<Request for prior notification>
If you have any food allergies or require special dietary accommodations, please inform the hotel staff in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate requests from guests with severe or multiple allergies or dietary restrictions, or requests made on the day of your stay. Also, please note that special meals will be different from our standard menu and may incur additional charges.

<Regarding meals provided at our hotel>
While we take the utmost care in preparing the dishes we serve to our guests, all menu items are prepared in the same kitchen and use the same washing equipment, so there is a possibility of trace amounts of allergens being present during the cooking process. In addition, although we verify the ingredients we use based on information from producers, manufacturers, and distributors, our hotel cannot guarantee allergy-friendly practices during the production and manufacturing processes of ingredients and food products. We sincerely apologize, but please understand that the dishes we serve are not completely allergy-friendly and we cannot guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur.
